Datalight Support Request Form
Use this form to submit technical questions (both pre and post sales), or a problem report directly to our technical support team.
Please provide as much detail as possible about the problems you are encountering.
Reliance or Nitro Customers: providing your RELCONF.H and DCLCONF.H files could help us more quickly resolve your issues.
FlashFX Pro and FlashFX Tera Customers: If you are running the FlashFX Pro or FlashFX Tera unit tests, and they are failing – please provide a log of the failure at debug level 1, or 2. Please make sure you have run at least DCL, FMSL and VBFTEST to completion before attempting to use FlashFX as a disk in the operating system.
If you have not run our unit tests, please make sure to do so, and submit the results of those tests as part of your questions - the more information that you are able to get to us as part of the initial question, the faster we can help bring your issue to resolution.
If you are a FlashFX Pro, or FlashFX Tera user, providing us your project’s
FFXCONF.H, VBFCONF.H, and DCLCONF.H files could help us more quickly answer
your questions.
If you are using NAND, and have created your own NTM, or have modified an NTM or NTM hooks module, please send these to us as well.
